I am running Faxmaker 12 on a Windows 2003 Terminal Server and had to perform a repair on the OS. Since then I have had issues with Faxmaker. I reinstalled the client on the server and am able to actually have the software open up an email when I print to the faxmaker printer but unless I click To and browse to the contact list and choose a contact it doesn't. I can't type a fax number in the To field and have it find the contact (it used to before this). It is also for some reason adding a 1 to all of the numbers in the contacts so on local numbers it fails. Do these sound like simple config issues or...?
Any ideas are appreciated.

Well when you are send a fax and you use a contact from outlook you will need to make sure that you have the Dialing rules set up in Faxmaker. Open you Configuration and expand down Advanced and go to Dialing. Then make sure this is filled out correctly. Please restart your services for that to take effect.

As for the To: field populating automatically can you please send to a user that you browse to, then try to just type that user in again to see if it resolves. I am thinking that it is cached and some how the cache is lost.
