Problem with instalation Webmonitor3

Status: offline 		Hello, please help!

I have array with 2 ISA servers in aray. I've installed GFI Webmonitor at 1 of them successfully (Win2003 Server + Isa 2000) and it works. But I have problem with other machine. I see in event log that GFI Webmonitor was installed successfully but it didn't appear in Web Filter service of isa server and it does not work(Win2003 Server + Isa 2000). Please help me.
