Hi ,
I need to copy some mail, coming from 1 sender and deliver to 1 email, to a public folder of exchange: qui@italia.it .
I create a rule:
if sender is pippo@email.it and recipient is pluto@ciao.it

In monitoring there is log of the message, processed, with email coming from pippo@email.it to pluto@ciao.it,
but there isn't mail in public folder having email qui@italia.it .

Is there any log better then basic ?

I'm not able to understand  where is the error !!

Enable debugging. The logs in the DebugLogs folder are much more verbose.
