Hallo,

ich habe Probleme bei der Benutzung der FaxMaker Clientsoftware (Build: 20081111).

Ich erhalte bei Versuch, ein Fax abzusenden, folgende Fehlermeldung:

Beim Senden von Fax ist folgender Fehler aufgetreten:
Fehler: C-0001 - Ein Registierungszugriffsfehler ist aufgetreten. Sorgen Sie dafür, dass Sie Lese- und Schreibzugriff auf den Registrierungsabschnitt der Produkts von GFI bestizen.

Die Datei "cdosmtp.gfi_log.txt" sagt mir folgendes:
2009-04-08,13:52:31,375,1,"#000002f8","#000007a4","error ","cdosmtp","Failed to create CDO configuration instance[0x80040154]"

Ich habe Administrationsrechte für den betroffenen PC und schon mehrfach versucht, die Clientsoftware neu zu installieren.

Was much ich machen, um die Software hier funktionsfähig zu bekommen?

Hi,

Re-register CDO by running "regsvr32 cdosys.dll" command from the Command Prompt.

Hi.. I have encountered this same error (C-0001 from the SendFax() method) a few times before but it got resolved by it self.
I have got the problem again now and iv been having it for a few weeks.

Does any one know the actual reason behind this error? And is there anyway i can get reed of this once and for all???
Should i reinstall GFI Faxmaker?

Any help will be much apprecialted. Thank you in advance:)
