Pre sales question - reduce user mailbox size

I have the trial installed on SBS2003. I have recently migrated a company from Novell Netware and Tobit David and once I had transferred their email across noticed that the top 5 users had an average mailbox size of 10Gb!
After much tweaking I've managed to get exchange working again but the Outlook client for these users is understandably slow.

Will the Mail Archiver solution be able to archive and therefore reduce their exchange inbox?

Status: online 		MailArchiver will not, in itself, reduce the mailbox sizes. However, once it's up and running you can enable Exchange mailbox management rules to delete all mail that's older than a certain age. We've just done that in our organisation and it works well. The only problem is the users - it doesn't matter how carefully you explain things to them, they will always skip through the reasoned arguments and explanations to "MAIL OLDER THAN 30 DAYS TO BE DELETED. ALERT!"

Status: offline 		AMacdonald is correct.  GFI MailArchiver by itself will not reduce the size of the Information Store but when used like he listed it will work very well.
