Hi,

webmonitor is not filtering, in last activity log user match with a rule but is not filtering it, user can navigate!!. In activity log description appears the rule, it matches correctly but the url is served, user can navigate, webmonitor is not blocking that url. This is a production system, please help.

Can you try restarting the GFI WebMonitor service AND the Microsoft Firewall service? The second service will cause a brief interruption in network connectivity.

Hi DrewE,

I've tried this but no lucky, please a need help i don't know what happends, Policy is active, appears in log but the block page is served.

I realise that my license says: Licensed Webfilter edition. User quota exceeded, 27 users are now unmonitored/unprotected. Could be this the reason?

Yes, this could cause this trouble. Try restarting the MS Firewall service and let GFI WebMonitor recount your users.
