We are evaluating Gfi FM 14.2. Some times we noticed that pdf00000.pdf records in database. in log file its named as stored as file system (exm:pdf3C87c.pdf). We missed faxes for this reason. how can we solve that problem ?

I have been having this problem on and off for the last couple of years. I'm using V12.

Is there a solution or work around?

We get pdf00000.pdf files a couple times a week.
