1. Events from Windows-Backup log are not being archived.
2. In certain cases, unclassified events are not being archived when no rule is triggered.

Description: ESMPROC.exe causing system memory to be exhausted.

The following would also be found in the application event log:

P4 mscorlib, P5 2.0.0.0, P6 492b834a, P7 e7b, P8 60, P9
system.outofmemoryexception, P10 NIL.
