Paper Fax through Faxmaker?

We use faxmaker for all our inbound faxes, but are currently unable to use it for outbound faxes because of regulatory compliance reasons (secretary types faxes, manager must view and sign - no digital signatures allowed).

Therefore we have numerous fax machines in the office each attached to an analogue port on our PBX, now that we are thinking of upgrading the PBX we were wondering if there are fax machines available  that will send the fax over the network to the Faxmaker server to send (passing with it the telephone number etc) (and of course will faxmaker do this).

Therefore we require less analogue ports and have an archive of faxes sent?

On another track; can faxmaker queue a fax up for another person to approve and potentially add a signature digitally to it (we may be able to do this 'compliance wise' in the near future).

Well yes and no is the answer to your first question.  What you are describing is not a Fax machine but a scanner. If you find a network scanner that can send emails then it can send a fax through Faxmaker. 

As for the approval fax, there is no such feature that I can think of with Faxmaker.  But it does sound like something that I could suggest as a feature request.
