Follow this steps:
- Go to quarantine: http://servername/MailSecurity/quarantine/
- Default ordering is by date. Click "Subject" header to order by subject
- All buttons (Approve items, Delete items, etc.) are disabled. To enable them, I have to force and Update (using the "Update button").

I'm using build 20090409 x64
