POP2Exchange Problem

Status: offline 		Has anyone else Problems using the POP2Exchange Service.

MailEssential 14 was installed without any Problems.
After the Installation the POP2Exchange started and was ended directly without any error.

I already uploaded the Troubleshooter Files.

I have to downgrade to ME12 because of no incoming email :(

Status: offline 		I'm still having problems with POP2Exchange.
I uploaded Troubleshooter Files to the FTP with the folder called "baumann-lamm.de"

The problem i found out is that POP2Exchange is not downloading any email.
The Log says that there is an email but the service doesnīt get it.

The logfile i found contain the following:

Outgoing Mails work perfect.. i see the outgouing Mail on the dashboard...

Incoming Mails will not downloaded by GFI pop2exchange! But in the BETA this have work perfect... i hope anyone have a solution for this....

Status: offline 		Now i have install the BETA Version 20080822.

In this BETA the Download works perfect... so I will use this version until the problems are resolved in the release.

look in the debug log of administrator@baumann-lamm.de... i'm sure you will see there also the number of existing mail in this POP Account... and you will see also a Message "OK - Beginn Download"...

In my logs i can see this entries for all Users... but no Mail Download... it looks as there is a bug in the download enging in ME 14...

I checked the log of this account but i canīt find "OK - Begin Download"
The other accounts have the same problem. All i can in the logs is that there are any
messages but no Download. I hope GFI can solve this problem soon.

Where did you find the beta release?

Status: offline 		Fortunately I had the BETA version is still stored on my hard disk! On the FTP server GFI is no longer available ....

One question: Am I correct in assuming that you have a German OS use?

I can open a support case... but i'm not able to submit a trace output because i have install the BETA Version of ME 14....  and there the mail Download works...

That's my problem...

I donīt want to wait till someone of GFI has the time to solve the Problem...

I opened a support case and some tells me that i have to do this and that...
But now i asked how about the problem.. and now... no reaction

Status: offline 		We have the same problem on our SBS 2003 R1. Unfortunately GFi don't seem aware of this problem, since our support request was answered by a default instruction for creating support files and a wireshark dump .
