Outlook Sync Http Error 500

Status: offline 		I am moving on to a new user.. my test email box is working fine.. but now that I am moving on.. I am getting an error from the SYNC system..

An unknown error occurred while connecting to GFI MailArchiver! (HTTP error: 500)

The outlook connector shows the emails, all searches bring up results.. but the sync'r gives me this error with a Yellow yield symbol and ! mark..

What might cause this.. I have a suspision it is becasue this uers has several boxes "above" the inbox..

Status: offline 		Try enabling debug mode in GFI MailArchiver to see if the error goes away.

Status: offline 		How do I enable that?

I think it has advanced to antoher problem.. I can not find any UMPOLL files at all on my server..
How do I know for sure if the sync service is actually running?  or how do i restart it?

Status: offline 		Go to the ..\GFI\MailArchiver\ folder and run the Enable Debug mode script and wait till you see a box say "Debug Mode Enabled!". The sync service is always running as long as it is enabled in the interface.

Status: offline 		I am having the same issue with one particular user.  I can get other users to work.  I enable debug mode and still received the 500 error.  Any ideas?

Status: offline 		Ya.. my issue came back.  It replicates the folder structure.. but does not show the emails in the folders in the outlook connector???
As well.. my inbox online version does not show the up-to-date emails (missing 7 days), but it does in the outlook connector???
