On all machines Outlook connector does not connect, except mine, as I am logged on as administrator. What could be the problem? Server 2003 SMB SP2 with Exchange 2003, latest Mail Archiver with Outlook Conector. Thanks for help.

Jelle, you have to set the full access permission for the user on the folder gfi under the application data folder on the user's profile.

That should be a standard permission, isn't it? Every user has full access to the folder application data an all sub folders in his profile...

I found the reason - on all machines the address of the MailArchiver is not set. Opening the properties of the GFI MailArchiver mailbox an then clicking on the advanced button reveals an input field "URL GFI MailArchiver server".On all machines except mine there is only "http://" put into the field. Is there a possibility to change this without visiting every pc?

Found that one too... The path to the MailArchiver is set in the GPO (I forgot that), but it seems not to work. As the installation of the Outlook Connector is managed by the same GPO and worked out, I am wondering why the path has not been set...? Any hints?
