Is is possible to have outlook connector configured to hold emails in the users GFI MailArchive folder thats older than one year?

Don't get your hopes up though as ours only show's mail from the current active database at the moment thats 6 days of email! We have to have new database's every month due to size (around 20-30+GB).

I knew about the KB because I had the same problem. I followed the instructions and it is working fine here.

You do realise that you need to delete the user's .FDB file and allow Outlook Connector to resynch after you change this setting, don't you ?
