Outgoing faxes stuck in queue Saturday, September 17, 2016 6:35 AM (permalink)
Please see my previous post for history.  I am supporting a small clinic in which there are 2 separate clinics.  The previous IT had configured this setup with 2 USB modems attached to the server.

Now they have barely been able to send anything out through faxmaker in 3 days.

See logs below:
"2016-09-06","1:25:30 PM","moa@company.local","MOA","","9999999999","","","9999999999","04:07","4","SUCCESS","Fax sent successfully : Success","Line2","C:\Faxes\company\Sent Faxes\20160903_113517_00009.pdf""2016-09-06","1:56:58

If you notice the timestamps compared to the sent time, the outgoing faxes were becoming more and more backed up since about 10 days ago, and the last few today that were actually sent were from the 12th.

As far as I can tell, nothing has changed.  The users wouldn't even know how to log onto the server, let alone mess with this.
There are approximately 80 faxes in the queue.  If I restart the fax server, either from the monitor, services.msc, or rebooting the entire server itself, one fax goes out, and then they both just sit there idle. Since I've started playing with it, restarting it, it does not appear to have sent any more on it's own.

I do have it configured so that only certain people can send from each line as there is no overlap of users. Doubt that'll cause this though?

Any help would be appreciated.

Please open a case with the support team from customers.gfi.com and they should be able to assist with this.
