Since we updated to MA6 we have some warnings in the eventlog:

The only thing I can think of is some how one of the configuration XML files are corrupt and or missing. I would recommend creating a case from the following link in order to resolve this issue.

It seems that we have a bigger problem after the update.
The case id is: CAS-89813-SJJ2
I rebuild the index, after the rebuild the index don't get new mail. In the database there are over 240 new mails but the Index is still on the old value.
Browsing the mail works fine, but search will only deliver mails until the point where the rebuild is started. After that no new mails could be found.
And switching pages in the subfolder of Mailboxes on the web interface brings an error:
