Is there a way to re order the stores in the webinterface under configuration Archive Stores?

These are shown in the order in which they are added. The easiest and safest way to organize these would be to remove and then add them in the order you want them to be shown.

You can also edit the XML file that contains the data for that page. That is the method I used.
