I am using mainpine IQ express card for my GFI fax server out of two port one is not working, I have two card on two different system and tried with both 14.1. and 14.3 but no success. not sure if it hardware issue (buth card can't be wrong i suppose). if anybody can help me please

Are you able to successfully configure both ports with the MS FAX drivers? Can you query both ports on the modem itself under phone and modem options of control panel? Have you contacted the manufacturer to see if they have any other direction for your hardware?
