Hi,

Note that MailSecurity does not check the content of a valid html tag. If you check the source of the mail, is the tag below a valid html tag?

Also, In the MailEssentials configuration -> Content Checking rules, is 'Match whole words only' enabled?

Thank you for responding Patrizia

In MailSecurity, in the ContentChecking section I have:

.biz

Only check whole words is NOT ticked - as I want it to search for substrings of .biz within the email body.

Is that how it should be set up?

What (if any) differences are there in the ContentChecking modules of MailSecurity to MailEssentials?

As I said previously, MailSecurity will not scan html tags.

You need to check the source of the message body to determine if the .biz is located in a valid html tag or not.

The Bayesian filter in MailEssentials, however does scan html tags. Therefore if you are using MailEssentials, you can train the bayesian to block mails with such links.
