Has anyone integrated faxmaker with a norstar system. I have no problem sending faxes out. All faxes come in as well but only to the admin inbox. The DTMF\DID is not being recognized.

My telephony guys are looking into it. Just curious to if anyone has experienced DTMF issues with Norstar?????

I'm not familiar with configurations of a Norstar system, but as long as you are sending the digits/DTMF tones to GFI FAXmaker, it should be able to properly route. Is this an Analog or digital environment? If this is an Analog environment, you should be able to plug in an analog phone to the line, dial into the number, and when the phone rings pick up to hear the digits.
