Norman/Bitdefender Updates Randomly Fail

Status: offline 		Hello,
I'm running Mail Security v10, build 20080614, in SMTP mode in front of Exchange 2003.

I'm having issues with Bitdefender and Norman randomly failing during auto updates.

The last bitdefender failure generated the following message:

Failed to download BitDefender Anti-Virus update files.
 
Date: 9/7/2008 5:52:14 PM
Server: HUGO
Error details: Cannot find central directory


I cant seem to locate the previous Norman failure message but it was something similar.  Manual updates are very spotty as well.  For example, I started a manual update on both engines about an hour ago and both still say "downloading...(update in progress)" in the update status section. 



I'm not sure what's going on here.  Anybody have any suggestions?


Is there a way to update these manually?  I know there used to be but I havent had to do this in quite some time.
