Sweber, Please try opening the Activity Monitor (Start -> Programs -> GFI Network Server Monitor -> GFI NSM7 Activity Monitor. Look at the Engine Status tab. You may seem some errors being generated when the e-mail alerts are being sent. These errors should be a starting point and determining what is wrong. You may need to cause a check to fail in order to better troubleshoot this issue. The easiest test to try is the 'disk space check.' You can set the parameters to check every 5 seconds, and fail if the drive contains less than 2,000GB free.
