Hi All,

I'm getting a few entries in my receive log like this...

"26/08/2003","15:18:05","","00:44","0","FAILURE","No carrier : Possible voice call","Line1","",""

Is it possible that some fax machines may not work with my fax server modems (3Com ISA types, auto detected by FaxMaker not MS Fax)?

Or are these just voice calls like the log suggests and what I am thinking is not possible?

I've never rolled out a fax system like this before and am concerned I am loosing faxes.

These modems are not supported. Please try to use the Microsoft Fax Driver. If everything fails please send a mail with full description of your problem to our support department.
