NetPrintQueue2Fax not working

I have an access database that sends faxes via NetPrintQueue2Fax and has been working fine for years.

Unfortunatley we have just had to replace our main server which is running sbs 2003 with a new one.  The new server is running exactly the same os and i have reinstalled the gfi faxmaker software.  version 12.

But for some reason the access database wont send faxes now.  I have gone through the setup of faxmaker trying to match it to the old server and all looks the same.  The database prints fine to the netprintqueue2fax on a client pc but nothing seems to happen on the server.  Is there anyway to fault diagnose this?

You need to set the NTFS security permissions of the GFI FAXmaker folder and all its subfolders to 'Everyone' - 'Full control'.


Note:
  • This is not a security breach as no shares are being set to Everyone but only to the NTFS folder security.
