I have installed FAXMAKER 12 and currently using the user administrator to print to "NetPrintQueue2Fax".. everything works fine.. (I have it as a shared printer in my domain) ..But when i try to print from another pc in my domain that is not "Administrator user" it just does nothing.. even if that users as administror rights... what i'm missing?

What are the print permission on the printer? Is the user attempting to print listed in the licensed users list? (BTW the current version is 14.3)

I added the user into the printer permisisions (printers > NetPrintQueue2Fax > is shared with full permisions to everyone and i've added the user into security permissions tab with permmissions to print in this printer.

Still, when i try to print that user if i open the dialog box to see the documents printing in the users pc it shows that it was sent to the printer but NO printing ocurrs.

Please make sure the entire GFI\Faxmaker directory has everyone set with full permissions and ...\Program Files\GFI\FAXmaker\NetPrintQ2Fax also has inherited everyone with full permission rights.
