NDRs getting put into auto-whitelist?

It appears that when GFI creates an NDR for spam it has detected (I do this for false-positives on keywords/headers), it adds the sending address to the auto-whitelist! This is resulting in subsequent attempts to get through, but also adding hundreds of random email addresses to the whitelist (which could slow down filtering? - although perhaps not significantly).

I still want NDRs to be scanned for backscatter (incoming NDRs), but outgoing NDRs I'd rather ignore altogether.
