Dear Sir,
I downloaded and trial GFIEvanetManager
with application --> work fine
but with device --> not work
please see picture below, 3 lastest IP is my device: router, switch, firewall. i can not hear any log from device ??
Now, I am testing view of Router Cisco 2800
maybe is it concern to MIBs file ???

Please advise me what must I check now ???

This screen is my verify with wireshark ( http://kbase.gfi.com/showarticle.asp?id=KBID002835 ) do have any advise for me to check and work GFiEventmanager with my device (router) Thanks

Are the devices sending out syslog messages to the GFI EventsManager Server? If so, could you please add the device to the 'Archive all Syslog Messages' event source group?
