My GFIEventManager can not hear from device

I downloaded and trial GFIEvanetManager
with application --> work fine
but with device --> not work
please see picture below, 3 lastest IP is my device: router, switch, firewall. i can not hear any log from device ??
Now, I am testing view of Router Cisco 2800
maybe is it concern to MIBs file ???
 
Please advise me what must I check now ???

Status: offline 		This screen is my verify with wireshark ( http://kbase.gfi.com/showarticle.asp?id=KBID002835 ) do have any advise for me to check and work GFiEventmanager with my device (router) Thanks

Status: offline 		Are the devices sending out syslog messages to the GFI EventsManager Server?  If so, could you please add the device to the 'Archive all Syslog Messages' event source group?
