Multiple errors - html conversion bld 14.2

Status: offline 		I'm having problems with a new installation of build 14.2 - these may be related problems or separate errors.

1) I'm using email2fax; seems to work with plain text files but gives errors with HTML or MHT attachments (see below) ... but the same attachments worked on a different installation a couple of weeks ago.
2) Failed send does not retry.
3) I've requested all faxes to printed on success or failure, and nothing prints. (no fax reports either).

Thanks for your help.

This is an example emailed failure notice back to sender ... the attached PDF file appears to be fine and complete ....

So lets try this as a test.  Logon to the server as the account that the services are running as.  Stop the Faxmaker Services.  Then open to .\program files\GFI\FAxmaker\

Locate the fmserver.exe and the fmgwinet.exe  and run them both.  Pop ups will come up and we are now running the program as an application.

Then send the test again and look to see if any pop ups happen when you send this type of attachment.
