Hello,

We have GFI EventsManager 8.2 on Windows 2003 R2 server. We normally connect to this server via RDP. The issue is that when one person opens the Management Console from one RDP, then at the same time other person cannot open the Management Console from other RDP session. I mean only one session of Management Console is opening at any given point of time. Sometimes we want to open multiple sessions of Management Console and work. Please let us know how to resolve the same.

Currently, it is only possible to open one instance of the management console at a time. The workaround is to use the Report Pack on each machine you want to review events for.

I want to open multiple sessions on the same server. It is not only for reports but for other purpose also. Please let me know if it is possible.
