Greetings all.

We currently journal all of our email to an external contact for MS Exchange Hosted services. The GFI product also requires journaling, but to a mailbox.

I guess I could just create a group to journal to both the contact and the GFI mailbox. Has anyone tried this with any success?

We are running Exchange 2000 SP3

Hi

Distribution group should work fine, although MailArchiver won't recognize the journaling location and you will need to configure IMAP to collect the emails from your local mailbox.

Apart from that MailArchiver can poll any location accessible by IMAP. That could be a local mailbox/public folder or a mailbox at the hosted service.

We have the same requirements Weissdabigman. We did the same thing with a Distribution group and it works fine.
