Hello,

As subject..... I've enabled logging so I know the checks are happening, but it seems the Status page isn't getting updated to reflect the last check.

Any ideas? I'm on the latest version.....

Are you using SQL or MS Access within GFI Network Server Monitor as the database backend? We often find that MS Access database are slightly more stable in this regard.

How large is that access database? Also, could there be any AntiVirus or Backup software scanning it?

Lastly, how many jet*.tmp files exist under C:\windows\temp ?

No AV or backup software.

The DB is 375kb and there are no Jet files in the TMP folder.

That rules out the usual suspects. Would you be able to open a support case online at http://support.gfi.com/Support/support.aspx?lcode=en so we can obtain a full set of debug logs?
