Hi, I have GFI Faxmaker version 14 installed on a Windows 2000 Server, and Exchange 2007 on a Windows 2008 Server. I mainly uses the Text API to send faxes with, and that works... no problem. But, I do not get any transmission reports to the users mailbox what so ever.... In the confuguration windows, I have set up Email2FaxGateway, and I have tested it with the built in test command, and everything seems to work, I get the test email. But I do not get any transmissions reports.... ? Which for me is very strange.... I'm out of ideas now, so I hope you can help me here... :-) I look forward to hear from you experts... Jesper Denmark

Hi, For faxes sent via TextAPI to generate a transmission report into a user's mailbox you should specify "::from=<user_email_address>" in the text files you are submitting. Regards, Max Sushchenko GFI Software Ltd - www.gfi.com

I have now tried to change the options to an email adress instead of a user name. From this: ::from=Jesper Andersen To this: ::from=ja@sindby.dk But, still I don't get any transmission report.... every fax is faxed okay. Is there any one who can help me here ? I'm using version 14.3 build 20090303 - I will try to upgrade to last build.
