Only when accepting external meeting requests am I getting this error below after migrating to Exchange 2007/ME14. Any ideas from anybody?

Yes, it is my server that is sending the NDR back to our users. Background:

Server 2003 64 bit with Exchange 2007 Enterprise SP1 Rollup 8, ME14.
Server 2003 32 bit SMTP Email Gateway in my DMZ with MailSecurity (latest build).

An external users sends a meeting request into my organization. When we "accept" or "decline" the meeting requst it appears that Exchange sends the message to my email gateway where it rejects it and sends the above message. Everything else flows through just fine.
