Is there any way to update or modify the folder structure once it has been imported by MailArchiver? We have one user (an important user of course

) that has many duplicate folders because at one point the folders were moved from the root of his mailbox to subfolders under his inbox. He would like to merge these somehow...is that possible?

For example, he now has:

Mailbox
..|--Dogs
..|--Cats
........|--Brown
..|--Inbox
........|--Cats
..............|--Black

And he would like to have:

Mailbox
..|--Inbox
..........|--Dogs
..........|--Cats
................|--Black
................|--Brown

I understand that MA is working as intended here, just wondering if there is anyway to manipulate it for this user?

Are the emails still in the inbox, or have they been removed?

If they have been removed then answer is no (as of version 6.1 at least). Short of exporting all the existing archived mail to PST using the GFI exporter tools, changing the PST file about if required in terms of the desired folder structure, using the unsupported script to delete all mail for that user, which could cause future issues or could break the system if miss some steps then importing that PST selecting to also import the folder structure.
