Hi, For 2 hours this morning email was not coming in or going out. Finally after 4 hours I got them flowing again. However any email sent to or from us during this time (including internal emails) are gone. I check the Exchange troubleshooter and it says anything where the source content was GFIAsRtSubmittedAgent has failed. I check the mail security FailedMail folder and there are HUNDREDS of emails. Email was working fine at 6:20 then for no apparent reason 6:37 GFI starts deleting all of our email. So first.... before I decide whether to continue using this product after this ... how do I get these emails to the users inbox??? Please don't tell me there isn't a way to release them. If that's the case GFI 'Mail Security' is getting removed ASAP. Edit: P.S. It was fun manually going through the hundreds of emails in the FailedMail folder and notifying my users who had emailed them and what time and to ask them to re-send it. Thanks, Chris

FYI I received an email from someone else who had the exact same thing happen to them today at around the same time. This can't be a coincidence..... I have to admit I am VERY nervous with GFI right now. How can it add mail sent INTERNALLY to the FailedMail folder? Chris

It should be possible to cut all the items in failed mail and paste them back into the mail queue folder and have them process normally.

Hi, As Bill said, you can move the files from the FailedMails folder to the Pickup folder of the IIS / Exchange installed on the same machine. Below are the default locations: Exchange 2000 / 2003 - <C:\program files\Exchsrvr\Mailroot\vsi X\PickUp> Exchange 2007 - <C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\TransportRoles\Pickup> IIS - <C:\Inetpub\Mailroot\pickup> Would it be possible to send us your troubleshooting files so we can verify why this has happened? Thank you.

Hi, I am correcting the previous post to elaborate and include the correct IIS / Exchange folders.
