I'm using an iphone that is connected through the exchange service and all my mail to intercompany employees goes directly to junk mail.  Any idea on how to get this to stop?  Thanks.

churbs,

Do you know what module is blocking these messages?

I am having the same issues with GFI MailEssentials 12 and the iPhones.  The Keyword module is the one catching most of the iPhone messages sent to internal people.  If we send an email internally using keywords that are known to get flagged as spam it makes it into the internal recipients inbox.  If we send the exact same email to the same internal person via the iPhone it gets marked as spam and put into the spam folder.  This is an issue for the people on our network.  Is there a way to fix this?

Thanks

I assume that the intercompany traffic you are talking about is transmitted via SMTP. That's why ME is picking it up as opposed to traffic via MAPI only (internal traffic).

IF the problem lies with any smtp traffic coming from the iphone servers, then I suggest you whitelist the envelope domain that the iphone servers are sending from or you whitelist the IP adresses where the iphones are sending from. That should work...

Ditto what Spidermouse says but there is an additional measure i have taken for our users on Blackberry's. Those using the BIS can configure their signatures to include certain text. If you enable a common line within the signature and whitelist the sentence it will ensure messages get through if IP's were to change. Just be sure to set up a unique line that isn't duplicated elsewhere.
