My user notifications are not making it to the users and I can see them being processed in the GFI monitor. Any ideas on why this would be occuring???

However, I'd still like to know why the notifications are being scanned at all?

What kind of notifications are you talking about and what seems to happen to them?

User notifications when an item has been quarantined.

Hello jenny30534,
The message will be processed because MailSecurity sends the notification via SMTP and SMTP traffic will be checked by the software.
This is normal behaviour. Are you worried something is wrong?
