Hi, baby questions (perhaps) here but I can't find the solution.

We have the latest build of both products running on Win 2003 cluster.

1) How / where can we see which product processes the mail flow first: ME or MS ? Where is that configured ?

2) In the nice console of ME there is a node on the menu tree named 'Anti-Virus' but it just has an advert for GFI Mail Security. We have the product running on the box. Is it possible to manage MS via this console ?

Thanksamillion

MS processes first, except for Directory Harvesting if it's set to SMTP mode. There was a similar question on here which is where I remember the answer from. Can't find the specific one, but here's some info: http://forums.gfi.com/fb.aspx?m=900730524

Having both MS and ME is not working out that well for me, most of the junk never makes it to ME as it gets caught in MS for keywords then I have to sort it, I know there is talk of this in the forums but the ability for ME to do SMTP level scanning for DNS blacklist should be a priority. Is it going to happen and when?

We are thinking of moving away from GFI, perhaps to a hosted service or a single product...

Cheers.
