Hi,
We are running Mail Archiver 3 with Exchange Server 2003. There was a spam in Exchange Server Queue this morning which was detected by Syamantec AntiVirus, at this stage Symantec could not quaratine it but when it reached in MailArchiver\Pickup folder symantec caught it and sucessfully quarantine the e-mail. But what I see symantec is detecting it after every one minute it is filling up quarantine folder quickly. The spam was w32.advegol!html. I do not see this spam any more on exchange server wehn I scanned the whole machine with Symantec Anti-Virus . It is contantly appearing in pickup folder. I stoped MailArchiver services and the symantec stop detecting it. I even can not delete it becasue it is in e-mail form, as soon as it appears symantec catch it. I suspect something is wrong with GFI MailArchiver. Any ideas how to fix it would be wellcome.

Hi

Please check your journaling mailbox. Most probably there are still lots of such emails there

Hi,
This is nice suggestion but how do I access this mail box. Can I use Outlook or any other method?

Hello Younis,

Yes you can use Outlook to access the journalling mailbox.
