Hi,

Yesterday I installed MailSecurity v9 on a WinXP SP1 box and receiving the below error two times today. Any thought?

ERROR:

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: msecmlhost
Event Category: None
Event ID: 4211
User: N/A
Computer: RELAY
Description:
Plugin QAS.Coordinator reports exception.

Additional info: plugin [ContentSecurity.ML.QAS.Plugins.QAPlugin] threw an exception

Hi Suzanne,

Did you already try to restart the MailSecurity Attendant service? The QAS Coordinator is loaded by this service.

Did you already send us your troubleshooting files regarding this issue?

Whatever happened with this case? I just installed MSEC 9 yesterday (latest Rev) and am seeing the same QAS error noted above.

Is this an issue that I need to be concerned about? If so, does a solution exist that will clear the error.

Are you using the latest build. The error was encountered by spoellath when MailSecurity was still in beta.
