MailSecurity 10 Trial Won't Update Virus Defs - 28.Jan.2009 3:08:39 PM

I just installed the newest build of MailSecurity 10(Trial Version) and none of the virus defs will update. I get an email saying this:

Failed to download Email Exploit update files.
Date: 1/28/2009 1:56:43 PM
Server: SPAMBOX
Error details: Server response: 417 Expectation failed
What can I do to fix this?

Yes, I have a transparent proxy on my firewall. I just tried disabling it and doing the update. Now it gives me this in an email:

Failed to download Trojan & Executable Scanner update files.
Date: 1/30/2009 3:25:09 PM
Server: SPAMBOX
Error details: The underlying connection was closed: Unable to connect to the remote server.
Going to update.gfi.com in internet explorer gives me a username password dialog box.

Hi folks,
have the same problem. Mail Essentials on the same machine is updating fine.
Here is a transparent proxy to.

its an official Version no Trial.
Well, are there any updates, or must i open an case?

Hi
I am having the same isssue on Mail Security 10, full version. Started happening last week, last update was 04/02/2009. Not gettin any updates, Norman, BitDefender Trojan etc. Have tried to force download from UI
Update Status reads - No updates currently in progress (last update failed)
Get an email message:
Failed to download Trojan & Executable Scanner update files.
Date: 15/04/2009 3:56:36 p.m.
Server: OURSERVER
Error details: Server response: 417 Expectation Failed
