I have walked through the FAQ on ME not scanning emails and everything looks fine. ME stopped scanning emails after we stopped using POP2Exchange (we were pulling emails from GoDaddy's mail.secureserver.net, but we are now pulling them in directly). I have disabled the POP2Exchange feature, but what else do I need to do to have ME scan my incoming emails? Monitor doesn't show any emails having passed through ME since 8/7/08 at 5pm which is when we first started making changes to the system. The GFI services were disabled at that time to troubleshoot another email problem, but were shortly reactivated. We are using Version 12, Build 20071005 Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure your mail domains are in the Inbound Domains tab, ensure the SMTP Virtual Server is listed in the Bindings tab, then restart the GFI services, perform IISRESET on the commandline, run start_snks.cmd, and finally reboot. One of these should work for you.
