why the gfi mailessentials dashboard is blank when i open it and the previous record also not found ?

Normally i open it have a record or log file there. What is the problem or do i misconfigure anything ?

I had try the method from knowledge base but it still do not work.
There have not indicate any event or log file in P2E Logging even i had perform some action.
It any more method that i can try?

Hi,

Is the scanning of the email working fine? Are the emails processed succesfully?

Also, please could you confirm if you are using MSAccess or SQL for the reporting feature? I using access, you might want to try using SQL express, which is free. SQL Express can be downloaded from the following link:
http://www.microsoft.com/Sqlserver/2005/en/us/express.aspx
