Good afternoon,
after I did the update GFI MailEssentials to version 20080508, all non-delivery reports are being blocked. What can I do to solve this problem?

If you do not wish for NDR messages to be scanned by GFI MailEssentials you can do the following:
GFI MailEssentials will scan all NDR emails by default in build 20080508.
This functionality is controlled by the ASE_SCANDSN (dword) value which is enabled by default (set to ‘1’. If this registry key is set to ‘0’, GFI MailEssentials will not perform any scanning on NDR messages.

John,
The situation now is:
My Microsoft Exchange 2007 send the NDR to my Mail-Boxes using the administrador@mydomain.com.br. My domain is listed in my "Custom Blacklist", but the address above is listed in my Whitelist. I saw in Blacklist´s log that the NDR are being blocked by "Custom Blacklist". In order module my "Whitelist" is first that "Custom Blacklist".
What can be?

If you look at the header of the NDR that is being blocked what does it show as the FROM: and TO: addresses?

the messages are being sent as:
From: administrador@mydomain.com.br
To: antispam@mydomain.com.br
The antispam@mydomain.com.br is the Mail-Box set in GFI to where are directed the blocked messages by GFI MailEssentials.
It follows the Blacklist´s log.

"06/18/08 16:06:50","Blacklist Module","administrador@mydomain.com.br","rafael.fonseca@mydomain.com.br","Entregue: test","Forwarded to antispam@mydomain.com.br","Sender blacklisted"

I saw that only Delivery Protocol are being blocked, all Reading Protocol are being following normality

If you look in the whitelist do you see rafael.fonseca@mydomain.com.br?

No.
In my Whitelist only is set the administrador@mydomain.com.br (sender address). The rafael.fonseca@mydomain.com.br is the destination address.
I would like to know why the messages are being blocked if the sender address is set in my Whitelist.
I need to solve this problem urgently, please! This bug is causing very problems for my company.

For the fastest resolution to this problem I would suggest creating a support ticket for this at http://crm.gfi.com/Customizations/SupportIssue/support.aspx?lcode=en so we can take a close look at logs from your installation to figure out why this is being blocked.

Ok John, I will do this, but one question only:
What´s the function for "ndr.xml" file?
I also saw that when I send a email to some address, the Reading Report is sent normality but the Delivery Report is being sent direct to "antispam mailbox" (antispam@mydomain.com.br) and not to source mailbox as the Reading Report. I think the problem is something with this.

That file is used if you have GFI MailEssentials configured to send out NDR's per module. It's not used in the blocking of NDR's.
