All,

I have MailEssentials 12 as part of my exchange mail gateway.

It seems that file attachments longer than 45 characters or more are instantly blocked, which sends the email back to the sender as an undeliverable.

I thought it was a firewall issue, and getting blocked from there...but the undeliverable is actually being sent from my mail gateway server.

Can anyone assist??
