ok. i have faxmaker 14 w/lotus domino/notes v8. all was going along just good until i installed the faxmaker reporting module now every 5 minutes approximately this mta error message crops up. i have been through the telnet checks and there is no issue with connectivity with my domino email server and there is no apparent disfunctional things happening with any of the clients as we are all able to send faxes to the faxmaker server from each client station. ideas?

check faxmaker\logs\smtp_in_log.txt and scroll to bottom to see the error happening with this...match the time up with the time on the 'mail moved to undeliverable' error in the monitor

my error. i use a spam filtering program named spamsentinel. i just had to create the mailbox for the robot in the domino server admin and the error went away. strange though that it never did this before. btw... where in the world is the "undeliverable mail folder" for faxmaker or, does this refer specifically to the mail server of choice?

Ok, now that the problem is fixed, how do I get all the faxe's in the undeliverable folder to be reprocessed?

Boneal, The files that are in the Undeliverable folder are Email that are either incoming (ie: faxes) or they are errors/successes from sent faxes. When the connection to the Mail Server is back up these should process on their own. I have seen though with a lot of files in there it could take it some time. Each email has a few files with it, the fax attachment, the bdy or body of the email, and a sfm which is a GFI Faxmaker file. If stop the GFI Services and Cut the files to a temp folder then sort that folder by Date and Time you can grab hand full of "sets of files/ emails" and place them in the Undeliverable folder for them to process quicker.
