MTA Monitor:Error uploading report.Mail moved to undeliverable folder.Make sure that you have set the Email2Fax Gateway mail server settings correctly.
Nobody is receiving report nor faxes.
We´re using faxmaker during 10 months without this problem.
I have changed nothing.
I'm using a ISP mail server, I tried changing settings to a different ISP and I got the same error.
I run FaxMaker Configuration Wizard and I receive the test message...
What´s happening?

Hi,
Is FaxMaker installed on the same machine as your Exchange Server?
Can you please perform a telnet test as follows from your Fax Server:
a) From command prompt type 'telnet' followed by Enter
b) Type 'set local_echo' followed by Enter
c) Type 'open <mail server> 25' followed by Enter
d) Type 'helo' followed by Enter
e) Type 'mail from: <sender@domain.com>' followed by Enter
f) Type 'rcpt to: <recipient@domain.com> followed by Enter
g) Type 'data' followed by Enter
h) Type 'Subject: This is a test e-mail' followed by Enter
i) Type This is a test e-mail followed by Enter
k) Type '.' followed by Enter

I use an ISP mail server.....
I did telnet test last week and I received fax and report.

check the faxmaker\logs\smtp_in_log.txt log file...scroll to the bottom of the log and it should show some type of failure there. With an ISP as your mail server it could be many different things, but this log is a good place to start.

I solved the problem installing a SMTP mail server software (GPL) .

Hi there,
I have similar problem but in my case MTA is trying to send report every 5min to user that I've misspell and returns error. there is nothiing in queue....How can I fix that?
