Hi all,

Fairly recently a client has encountered a problem where any & all Office 2007 files (.docx,.xlsx, etc) are failing to be processed and ending up in the FailedMails folder.

As i understand it, MS is aware of these files being compressed zips and within the registry it is clear the extensions are pre-configured. However this still does not account for why any and all emails coming through with at least one attachment in an O2k7 format is blocked.

I've noticed a lack of feedback on this in the forums recently save for this post by ict. Has no one else been experiencing this problem?

The lack of a response is worrying. I am having to keep the client at bay, but i really do need an indication why this is happening. They will lose faith should this remain in perpetuity.
