I had a problem with ME 12 build 20071005. A memory leak in outboundsync.dll was causing inetinfo.exe to crash every 20-30 minutes. I updated to build 20080623. The memory leak went away but IIS was no longer working. I uninstalled ME12 to see if that was causing a problem. It was not. When I installed Me 12 build 20080623 back in it looked like everything was OK. I got a few notifications for newsender. That was the last thing that ME 12 did.
Now no dns blacklist, keywords or anything else is working. The debug logs show activity but the regular log files do not show any activity since the reinstall. Running the GFI Monitor shows no activity. I have run iisreset, stopped and started the GFI services, rebooted the server several times and nothing, zip, nada. It seems to be dead, just taking up disk space and memory, nothing else.
The IIS issue has been fixed. It was only on the web server. The exchange part was and still is working as it should, just all of the spam is getting past.
Untill this series of issues it has been a rock solid installation and was over 95% effective. 
Aside from updating to 14 does anyone else have a suggestion?
I have a open support case, I just have not heard anything yet. I really want to get this fixed and back ontrack.
