ME14 Licence

We purchasd ME for a client two days ago, I installed ME14 last night but it doesn't like the licence key.
After entering the key into the customer area it appears I've been given a ME12 key rather than ME14.

How can I get a ME14 key?

Status: offline 		In the customer Area you can "upgrade" the key from Mailessential 12 to MailEssential 14.
When you are not able to upgrade this key you have to buy an update.

Purchase date: 2008/09/17 and GFI release a new version 1 day later, and now we've got to pay an upgrade fee?

I spoke to Customer Services and they hadn't approved the registration yet. Registration has been approved and I've got a new key.
